Krista's been inspiring young artists
for over a decade! She lives in Kennewick with her supportive husband, Joel, two darling daughters, and multitude
of pets. When she gets the chance, her own
work includes acrylic paintings on canvas, murals for homes and businesses, hand-crafted jewelry, and hand-painted furniture.
Still, her passion is exposing kids to the joy art brings. Drawing, painting, sculpture and art history are all represented
in her year-round curriculum.
"Introducing young people to the world of art is very important to me,"
says Krista. "It is what I was meant to do."
Krista is a member of the Allied Arts Gallery
in Richland and a former member of the Richland Arts Commission. She is a Community Based Instructor for Three
Rivers HomeLink and Mid-Columbia Partnership (MCP).
